He holds B.Ed. Planning and Administration (Ilorin), M.Ed. Educational Management and Ph.D Educational Management (Ibadan). He is a Professor of Educational Management at the University of Ilorin and a former Dean of Education at the University of Ilorin. He was a pass Chairman, Committee of Dean of Education in Nigerian Universities. External Examiner to several Universities both abroad and in Nigeria. He was also a Consultant to the Federal Ministry of Education for all Action Planning in the Southwest Zone. He was a Visiting Professor and Dean of Education. Al-Hikman University, Ilorin, Nigeria. He had published extensively in his field of Educational Management. He is happily married with children.
Vice President - Professor John Atewhoble Undie
He is a product of the Nigerian Educational system, a determined Nigerian with a track record of delivering results in a multi -cultural settings, an erudite scholar who has impacted and disseminated knowledge to several Universities in Nigeria through his pedagogy and research. His research interest is Economics of Education and Educational Planning. Born to the family of Ukandi Simon Udie Undie of Kakum in Obudu in Cross River State, Nigeria. He holds a bachelor and master degrees from the University of Port Harcourt and bagged a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He has to his credit substantial academic publications in both local and foreign peer review journals including books. He is member of the Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) amonsgt others, where he had served the Association as National Assistant Secretary, National Secretary and he is at present the National Vice President. Prof John Undie is the current subtantive Head of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at the University of Calabar. As part of his community service, he has and still serving as external examiner for the award of higher degrees and external assessor for academics seeking elevation to the professoriat in several Nigerian Universities. He is happily married to his permanent roommate, Mrs Roseline Anyoipi Undie and the marriage is blessed with three adorable and lovely children.
Secretary General - Dr. Mathew Sunday Dada
He is seasoned trained teacher, an educational administrator and a planner per excellence. He attended many educational institutions in Nigeria; including University of Abuja, for his first degree; graduated with Second Class Upper Division (Double Honours), BSc. (Ed) Economics. He bagged Master and Doctor of Philosophy- PhD in Educational Administration and Panning in 2014. He working in the area of Education Finance, Policy and Planning of Higher Education He has published 17 Articles in reputable national and International University based Journals, Dr. Dada is a Resource Person to UNICEF on Education Sector Plan (ESP) where he has Participated in the Training of Twenty-Five states in Nigeria, in the development of State Education Sector Plans (SESP) and State Education Strategic Operational Plans (SESOP). Dr. Dada’s spans of experience cut across all Educational levels in Nigeria, He currently teaches at the University of Abuja. Dr. Mathew Sunday Dada is a member of National and international professional Associations; he is a member, Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration & Management (CCEAM). He is currently the Secretary General of his Professional Association, Member, Nigeria Institute of Management – NIM. Dr. Dada has held several University administrative positions where he is serving and relevantly engaged in active community service.

Financial Secretary - Dr. Felix Bua Terhile
was born at Adikpo in Kwande Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He attended the NKST Primary School, Adikpo from 1982-1987. He also studied at the prestigious Saint Andrews Secondary School, Adikpo from 1988-1993 and obtained his West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1993. Bua holds a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management, B.Sc. (Hons) Business Management (Second Class Upper Division), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), at UDUS, Masters of Educational Management (M.ED Mgt) and PhD in Educational Management from Benue State University, Makurdi, where he also lectures. Dr Bua is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC)-Nigeria, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Management Specialist (CMS), a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Member of Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Member of Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), Member, International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) Japan, with ID Number 1500944 and a Chartered Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Administrators of Nigeria (MCIPSAN). Bua is a consultant to UNIDO, dPRC and NERDC. He has attended and presented papers at several workshops, seminars and conferences and has published several books and articles in local and international academic journals. He is currently the PSO BSUTH, Makurdi and the National Financial Secretary (NFS) of NAEAP-Nigeria. He is happily married to Florence Nguvan Bua and blessed with Erdoo, Terdoo, Dooyum and Bemdoo.

Dr. Chinedu R. Aguba hails from Eke in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria. He obtained his B.Ed, M.Ed and Ph.D Degrees in Educational Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu. He is currently an Associate Professor of Educational Management and Head of Department of Educational Management, ESUT. Dr. Aguba is equally the Chairperson, Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), ESUT Branch. He served as a member of the Visitation Panel on the Abia State University, Uturu. He was the Secretary, Committee on Education, Udi L.G.A. of Enugu State and Chairman, Enugu –Eke Development Union. Dr. Aguba is a devout member of several professional bodies, in and outside Nigeria, some of which include: Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) and World Education Forum (WEF). Dr. Aguba had severally served in NAEAP National Exco as National Assistant Secretary, National Public Relations Officer and Ex-Officio Member. He is currently serving in the National Exco of NAEAP as the Social Secretary. He is also the NAEAP Coordinator, Enugu State Chapter. He is an external examiner to Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. He has served in many committees in ESUT. Dr. Chinedu R. Aguba is a serial award winner. He won the best graduating Ph.D Student Award for 2003/2004 session in the Faculty of Education, ESUT. He also won the best Lecturer Award in the Faculty of Education in 2014, which was organized by the Governing Council and Senate of ESUT. He won the Nigerian Merit Gold Award for Productivity. He is a Fellow, Institute of Cooperate Administration (FCAI). Dr. Aguba has published more than 45scholarly articles in reputable Nigerian and international journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Nigerian Journal of Educational Administration and Management (NJEAM) and a former member of Editorial Board of NAEAP Journal. His academic and research voyages have taken him to various parts of Africa, Europe, North America and the United Kingdom. Notably among them are the University of Cambridge, University of London, Oxford University, University of Toronto, Canada and Cyprus. He has presented quite a number of scientific and position papers in various fora and mentored a good number of Nigerian youths.
Auditor - Idowu Oludaisi Banjoko
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Microbiology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. He is a Director in the Lagos State Local Government Service Commission and present Head of Department- Education in Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area (LCDA) .With over 24 years’ experience in the public service, he has been able to work with stakeholders in initiating and implementing educational policies that have helped to increase education quality in the LCDA. Additionally, he has developed programmes that have inspired communal interest in Education of their children.
Ex officio I - Professor Virgy Ebelechukwu Onyene FNAEAP
Prof Virgy Onyene holds a Ph.D in Educational Administration from University of Lagos where she is an academic. Her expertise is in the area of Human Resource Development Personnel Management. Post-doctoral professional development training includes proficiency in the areas of Gender Responsive Pedagogy, Gender Mainstreaming, Gender Sensitization & Manual Writing. The erudite scholar has published extensively in national and international peer reviewed. In addition, she has supervised several Master’s degree and Ph.D theses. She is an external examiner to some universities both in Nigeria and outside the country. Professor Onyene has bagged several awards at national and regional research fairs, in particular is the award by Educational Research Network for West and Central Africa (ERNWACA, 2007). She has also served in several leadership positions. She is the coordinator for Forum for African Women Educationalists Nigeria (FAWEN); and an consultant in the area of human resource and runs Gender-Responsive School Programmes. In the University of Lagos, she is Chairperson of the University of Lagos Students’ Welfare Board, and the present Head, Department of Educational Management. In NAEAP, she has served variously as treasurer, welfare officer, international rep and now ex-officio member. She was bestowed with the NAEAP fellowship for her contribution to development in her field and services to the association. She is a member of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM) and member Chartered Institute of Administration.
Ex officio II - Professor Lucy Udiba
Prof Lucy Udiba holds a Ph.D in Educational Administration. Her expertise is in the area of Administration in Higher Education. She is a distinguished academic of the University of Calabar with years of teaching and administrative experience. Over the years she has supervised many Masters and Ph.D theses, as well as served as an external examiner to other Universities. Prof. Udiba has several publications in both national and international refereed Journals and books. Prof Udiba has served NAEAP for four years as National Auditor and before her present post as Ex-Officio II. She is s a member of Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM) as well as being member of some distinguished and learned societies. For her contribution to the field of educational administration she has been conferred with several awards of excellence and scholarship from government and non-governmental agencies. In addition, she has held a number of leadership positions before her present appointment as the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), University of Calabar, Calabar.
